Beep sounds coming from a laptop are most often provoked by faulty ram.
I suggest you remove the stick, clean them and clean the slots with compressed air. If the beeps continue, your ram sticks are damaged and must be replaced.

oh, thanx a lot for the reply well, i found out the problem, it is a bit embarrassing
before turning off my laptop i was adjusting my microphone, and changed the microphone boost to 30 dB, i suppose this was the problem and the sound i heared was not a beep sound, it was the echo sound due to a high microphone boost
