Internet problem wireless router

Hello,
I have a wireless router and a pc and a laptop.I can only access skype.The wireless router is in routing mode.I cannot access IE or anything else.I am gonna go crazy.I dont know whats happening...

system type , computer/laptop type , specs of the computer/laptop , router model
