Hello,

I reinstalled windows on my computer almost a year ago. Recently i discovered that on my C: drive, with 27 GB of total space, all the files on it are about 10 GB large, but on the drive there is only 7 GB free space. When i ran a full scan with my Avira antivirus, i saw that at some point, it was scanning a lot of game files, program files and other files that were in C:\Documents and Settings\Alucard, which is the folder of my old instalation's accouns, but in explorer, it says that it's size is 0 bytes, and for example, when i try to acces "Application Data", a folder inside "Alucard" folder, it wouldn't let me, saying "Access is denied, but it says that the folder is empty.
What could i do to access and delete all those unnecesary files?

Dear Sir,

It is another account, please get to Account Settings in the Control Panel and have the account deleted. Otherwise, if it is coming from partitions, please have the specific partition deleted.

Thanks in advance.
