Vista Not Logging In Properly

Hello,

Please forgive my earlier rudeness. I would be greatly appreciative if someone could help me out. My computer locks up every time I log in. I am not able to press control alt delt or the start menu. It is only a year old computer with Vista on it.

Thank you in advance for any help or advice that you may be able to provide.

Hi there,

You need to make a repair of windows replacing the corrupted files boot from your windows installation cd and make the repair ,have the procedures instructions on Faq:
