Internet accessibility

Hello,

I have a Dell Studio 1555 laptop with a Vista platform.
Unfortunately I am unable to view certain web pages even though firewall is turned off, security settings are set to minimum and still no content display on certain sites.
I have tried every possible setting I could think about.
I have tried to run first IExplorer7, than Firefox and Chrome, all the same trouble on the same sites.
I have set the computer settings and connections settings and firewall off.
Anyone?

HELP!

Hello,

Try this 1.

Click on the below link and download the file.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/8/E/98E41ACF-6AE6-40A4-AAB0-73C21998B7B6/MicrosoftFixit50267.msi

Right-click on it ---> Select "Run as administrator" --> Follow the instructions.

maybe something else?
