You may have a good connection to your wireless, but maybe it is just limited access connection, so you are recieving the wireless connection, but there is no existence of an internet signal in it. I have had those problems too. I suggest, calling your network provider and set up a new wireless connection, or reinstall your network and internet and see if you can get internet access.
