wifi connectivity Closed

Question

Hello sir,
my  laptop is Compaq Presario F700
AMD AThlon(tm) 64x2Dual-Core Processor TK-57 1.90 GHz 
And the operating system is windows vista, the problem is that i hav installed all the drivers but im not getting internet connection in my laptop.
I hav got a broadband connection. my destop is getting internet connection, but my laptop is not getting connected.
usually i connet it through wifi.
i expect an immediate reply .

Hi there,

Please check in devoice manger if all drivers have been properly installed and not missing,also you connected through lan cable or wireless?if needed drivers then download from link below freely:

i hav installed all the drivers for modem and netwok but still hav the same problem, there is no wifi connectivity...

sir , i hav tried both cable and wireless, but there is no result.
when i connect it is showing that
" windows cannot connect to UTStarcom"
  diagnose the problem
  connect to different network
