Hello,
Try this 1.
1) Click on Start --> Run --> type services.msc and click on OK.
Services windows will be opened. Now scroll down for "Windows Audio".
Make sure its status is "Started". If its not started then to change its status,
double-click on "Windows Audio" --> Set "Startup type:" to "Automatic" and click
on "Start" --> Click on OK.
2) Try reinstalling the audio drivers. You can download the drivers from the
manufacture website. Click on the below link and follow the instructions.

3) Try updating your BIOS.
