MY SYSTEM IS SAYING THAT SOME FILES IS MISSING OR CORRUPT AND THAT ICAN ATTEMPT TO REPAIR IT BY STARTING WINDWS SETUP USING THE ORIGINAL SET-UP CD-ROM>I NEED TO KNOW WHERE TE START BUTTON IS ON MY ACER ONE NETBOOK. PLEASE HELP ME! 
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

You need to insert the cd then restart the machine by booting from it then make a repair,be guided by link below and its instructions:
