Please confirm whether the problem is not coming from your power supply unit, motherboard, RAM stick or the graphic card.

Hi there,
Please provide model of the laptop,normally you need to boot from laptop recovery cd and inert next disk when prompted its same for every computers by using the recovery cd and without it it differs by model .
