Netbook laptop keys are not working

Hello,

guys my netbook laptop keys are not functioning well when i press shift,:, letters C,D,L, and the period. as well as my numbers are not funtioning,,help me guys please

I would first try testing with an external USB keyboard. If it work OK I would then look at Ebay for a replacement keyboard for the netbook.

bought new keyboard from ebay but still my keybaord is not working. please help me
