ive got an e-system laptop ad my disk drive wont work ive tryed everything

Please mention what have you tried till now to fix the issue and what are the issues having with the cd drive.

Information is missing to help you mate,you just tried to update which software and exactly what is the issue?when cd is inserted what happens?
