Cpu overheating

Hello,


my computer shutts off oftenly suddenly and wen I restart the next time it shows"cpu was previously shutdown due to thermal event(overheating)"can u pls solve my problem ,pls I cant use my pc ps reply soon

Put thermal paste below surface of the heat sink
