Hello,

a bluescreen appears whenever i try logging in windows. Error message:c000021a terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x0100f36c). I have a toshiba satellite L30-10x Celeron M running on xp home but are compatible with vista home basic. I have tried a repair installation using my xp setup disk and recovery console but nothing helped.

Have i lost my data and how can i do an alternate recovery?

Please help if you can :(

Hi there,

Its better you format the system reinstalling windows clean then make the use of recovery softwares to get the deleted data back ,what did you mean by ''xp home but are compatible with vista home basic. '' please provide more information ,

Thanks

Thanks for answering my ? Do i format my system using my format command, when booting from my xp home disk? Well, below the keyboard on the left side, there's a Vista home basic, seal. I take it, the 1 of the previous installation must have been, vista.. I accessed the DISKPART & BOOTCFG /list command just to see if any previous installations appear but it does not. Only the most recent 1 is available for deleting, resizing and logging onto but then the bluescreen appear and shutdown.

Thanks
