I hope someone can help! First, the mouse pointer was just stuck. Wouln't move or anything. Turned laptop off/on. Then I was able to move it using the touchpad, but it was clicking on everything all by itself. Turn off/on again. Now I can move the mouse, but I can't click on anything with the buttons or the tap feature. An external mouse works fine. Also, the touchpad doen't show up under 'devices and printers'. I already reinstalled the driver (if I did it right), and still the same problem. Acer support is telling me to just do a full system recovery. Any other options out there would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
