Ps3 online problems

Hello,
i just bought my ps3 used from someone else, and when i'm trying to make an online user, it says i can't. I think it's probably because the guy who had the ps3 before had a administrator account. So i am asking if anybody knows how to delete his account, so i create myself one. I would really like to play online and download demoes soon. Hope someone could figure it out or know how!

Chriss, why are you unable to create it, could you tell what troubles you are having and also if you can get online on it. It may be that there are some corrupted files on it and the most concrete way to have it settled down will be to get the drive formatted.
