Hello,
My PS3 wont allow me to download the 3.50 system update. Every time it tries to download it goes extremely slow and then gets to about 20% after about 3 hrs saying error we could not connect to the server. I have tried downloading it on a stick from the PS3 website and it still wont work. Please help. I have not been able to get online because of this for months. Do I have to change a certain setting or do i need a new PS3??

There is obviously a problem on it and you need to have the drive formatted first. Then the next step will be to update its firmware. This should be easy to have the update completed afterwards, simply get to system and select system update. Best wishes...
