This forum as well as the French forum have received a lot of complaints with jumping cursor or crazy cursor with Sony and Dell laptops.
We have learned that is a recurrent problem due to faulty plant assembly or parts which give up prematurely and that only a qualified in the flesh technician can repair. If your laptop is still under warranty, I suggest you contact the store where you bought it from or Sony
