Hello,i have a creative zen mx,my computer got wiped and now when i try and reinstall the disc it says no device connected,please help its driving me mad

Zen not recognized
Mp3 player not recognized by computer - Guide

Hi,

You must have its driver cd!!?if not then download it and install its driver on system then connect it,Definitely it will be detected,press here to download driver.
