My ipod 30GB not working

Hello sir,

my apple ipod 30 GB not working only the apple logo is appear and then disappear my ipod not show on my computer as well as itunes....Tell me what should i do i m very tenss.........help me ya

Please have it reset in order to get the problem fixed.
