Hello,
Try this 1.
1) Click on Start --> Run--> type cmd and click on OK. Now enter this command
ipconfig/all and press enter.
Make sure that IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Servers
are having addresses.
If you failed to have the address then check your SSID and the security key.
2) Right-click on the "Internet Explorer" icon ---> Properties ---> Click on
"Advanced" tab --> Click on "Reset" button --> Reset.
Then click on "Connections" tab-->Click on LAN settings button. In that window
uncheck all the options, if you notice any option selected.
3) Try disabling either your firewall or antivirus temporary.
