Drives and folder

sir my drives and folders are not getting openend by double clicking it. i need to use the open tool by right clicking it to open.i hav tried most of ur methods...even command prompt...i think its not due to auto run.....some file need to be installed i think .pls give me the solution sir.this prob happens while un installing kaspersky av
