windows signin .net passport problem not signing in ?
i cannot signin to hotmail or windows live messenger comes up diagnosing problem? (or) says cannot signin at present moment ? please help i need to read my emails ---thanx from markvortex.

Hello,

I just got it from the horse's mouth. There are presently some server maintenance being done and some repair in Australia. If you are from there, I suggest you wait till morning and you should be able to get online.

My Western Digital My Passport is not being detected. It's not showing up in Device Manager. However,

a) Lights appear on the drive.
b) I can hear the hard drive spinning

Hello, This device has bever connected to wifi. Nor has it ever given a wifi signal for other devices to connect to. This is a $250 paperweight.

WD My Passport 0740 Not Seen in Windows Explorer

Good Morning!

Please help! I have an external hard drive, WD Passport 0740 that was working fine until now. The computer sees it when I plug it in (because I get the option to eject it), I can also see it in device manager, but I can't see it in Windows Explorer and thus, can't access the files. Through device manager, I was able to update the driver software, uninstalled it, then did a "scan for hardware changes" through which I reinstalled it and it says that the driver is working fine, but... I can`t see it in Windows Explorer.
These are all my kids' pictures, my documents,... recovered on that hard drive after a my laptop crashed. Please help!

WD 1TB My Passport not showing any files on mac

Hello,

My 1 TB WD external drive was working fine, and I plugged it in today and no files are showing up. Disk utility shows that there is still the 200 GB being used, but is unable to unmount it. Any help would be great!

Configuration: Mac OS X (10.10.1) / Safari 8.0

Western Digital - My Passport not detected

Hello,

My Western Digital is not getting detected which was working 1 week before. Suddenly this was not detected and following is happening after connecting in my laptop (Win 7 64 bit OS)
a) Light appearing on the drive.
b) Hearing sound from the drive.

But not detected. Please help me on this.
