the wep key is your security key that you set in the wireless router.
A wep key is a security key that you must enter to connect to the internet. To find/change your wep key you will need to visit your acess point's website. Type in your IP adress to acess the website. The IP adress can be found on the bottem of your router. From the site look for something about "wireless" or "wi-fi". Find the wep key. If it is desplayed as hidden characters create a new wep key.
