Hi,
What is the reaction when connected to pc?is it detected or charging or nothing at all?if no reaction then i assume that a battery replacement is required ,send to a repair center to have it fixed or if under warranty period send it there itself with warranty validity card,if it was dropped in water then there is no hope for warranty cover or repairs.
