My connex battery works only when I plug the charger how do

Hello, my connex battery only uses charger how do I fix that and my battery doesn't notify me when its low anymore


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.141

Hi,

According to your description, your battery seems to have reached its end of life. Does the laptop shutdown immediately if you unplug the charger?

If the answer is yes, then you should replace the battery.
