Linux and Windows Closed

Question

Hello,  
my computer has linex and windows on it,but it is only letting me use linex,every time i try to go to my windows it loads with a black screen and the onle thing you can see it your mouse, witch by the why is fully functional but nothing happens when i click. 
it would be great if someone could help me. 


Configuration: Linux / Firefox 3.6.11

Hi,
Start system by booting from windows installation cd and make a system repair ,the boot manager may be missing and will be fixed by this,
