Hello,
I just bought a 2TB hard drive and when unplugged my Vista boots just fine from the old 250GB drive.
But when i plug in the second drive my pc doesn't recognize my first drive anymore Windows won't boot.
When I look for drives in BIOS only the new 2TB drive shows up.
I have windows installed on the old 250GB drive and would like to keep it that way.

Does anybody know what the problem is and how to fix this? Help is much appreciated.

Thank You.

I just found out about jumpers.
Someone told me that both drives are set to primary and my pc only sees the bigger one.
I'm a little new to all this.
They're both SATA drives so jumpers are not supported i guess?
