Hi, Thanks for the solution. Unfortunately it did not work because " HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies" does not exist on my PC. Therefore I need a new solution, Kindly provide another one with steps.

Try this one:
If you have important data on it then copy to your pc then download an application called Apacer Formatting Utility,follow this link to download it:
http://www.apacer.com/en/support/downloads/HS2.0_Utility_LFormat.zip
Extract it on pc then launch .bat file it will start formatting your device .
