Lost the very top bar...

Hello,
I just lost the very top bar. The one that has "tools", "history", ect... where do I find it? Thanks for any help.

Try using F11. It sounds like you are in the full screen mode of Internet Explorer. Next time please use the word "please" when you ask for help.
