Hello, I have an HP Pavilion Entertainment notebook every time I hit any key on the keyboard it refreshes the web broswer I am using it does not matter what browser I am using or what key I hit. PLEASE HELP!!! I have even taken it back to factory restore

Pls try using external keyboard, so that we can get some idea.....
