Hello, my mouse and touch pad keep freezing up and stop working after 3-4 mins can any body help please

Restart your machine in safe mode to see if the problem continues

Hi i can't use safe mode the laptop is a ALLFINE MINI NETBOOK the mouse works for a few mins then stops its new only opened it xmas day so any help would be greatful plz ;D

Hello,

When you start you laptop, go kickly download "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" from the below link to check if the laptop is not infected. Good Luck!

Update it and perform "Full Scan"

Note : Default selected option is "Quick Scan"
