I beg to differ with you. Your phone Micromax Qube x 550 handset supports video codecs like AVI/3GP/MP4, Internet support by GPRS/WAP and also supports Blue tooth via A2DP.

I suggest that you get back on the phone and call your service provider. You may have talked to someone who is incompetent in the matter, ask to speak to someone higher.
