this sounds like a booting failure in the disk and possibly unrecoverable, although MOST software problems can be recovered. If you don't need anything from it, format it and try then. If you had data on it that you needed to recover, find a storage device that has enough space to back up what ever you want, and download MiniTool Power Data Recovery from this link, and select Lost Partition Recovery.
