Toshiba satellite L300 series virus HELP Closed

Question

Hello, 
My laptop is screwed! I have tried everything that everybody is talking about and I can get to the advanced boot menu but when I click on "repair computer" it goes to a black screen and then a white cursor pops up. That's as far as it goes. Please help or am I going to have to go to somebody else?


Configuration: iPhone / Safari 528.16

Hello,
Let me know if your able to boot into safe mode
When you switch ON your laptop, keep tapping the "F8" key to get "Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping theF8 key). Select the option "Safe Mode with networking" --> Press Enter. If the problem still exists then try Safe mode with command prompt. If the black screen appears
then hold the Ctrl & Shift keys and press the Esc key . Let me know if  "Task Manager" got opened or not.

Hello,

  What can you do if F8 won't work and pressing 0 doesn't bring you to anything but a black screen with a blinking cursor on the upper left nad corner?
