"ACCESS DENIED" after System Recovery

Hello,

I recently ran System Recovery and after the process the user accounts were reset. All my media files, music, and docs in the previos Admin. Documents folder have been deemed inaccessable, even as Local Admin. How can I gain System Admin privilege to that folder? I would greatly appreciate ones knowledge and experience in this matter.
