very simple . download nokia pc suite for the ur nokia (model) from the internet cafe with ur pendrive and run it in ur pc u will find nokia usb cable driver is ready for use, than connet internet , do manual configuration for the mobile service provider. than connet internet. if u will find any more problem take help from others.
