Your posting messages all over this forum. On this forum, I am the virus/security expert and I can tell you that your account has been hacked. You are the only one, there are thousands.
Other users have followed my instructions and they gor their account back. I understand your anxiety but I suggest you do the same as other users as there no other solution possible.
Once you get on the page I gave, click on the option that applies to you. Then, at the bottom of the page, click on continue. You will eventually get to the form to fill out.
If you need an alternate e-mail, I suggest you open an account with Gmail.
