My loptop did not continue formatting and it will stop

hi to all of you guys,,first of all thanks to all of you out there,im seeking for help to my toshiba L300 sattelite, the problem is my laptop started to have blue screen and i went to reformat it, i inserted the cd, at first step its oky but when started reformating the hardisk stop and not continuing it,i tired of seeking the problem,i dont have money to bring to repair shop...pls all guys out there pls help me and i will million thanks to you. god bless
