PS3 -NAT2 but cannot connect to other players

Hello,

I have NAT type 2 but I am unable to connect to other players for match on any games.
Does anyone know why and how to fix this problem?

look goku you haveconnect with other with that nat type 2 beacuse there no other type of nato look go to setting and go system setting and go to rest the system i think that so do it and rest setting every so copy the play station used name so cant for get it bye
