Outlook 2010 can send emails but cannot recei Closed

Hello,  


I just installed in Outlook 2010 on Windows 7. I can send emails but cannot receive. Plus, when I hit the send/receive the pop up doesn't display so I do not believe it is doing anything. I am not getting any error messages.  Any help would be appreciated. 




Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hi,

Use another email account you have send email to your outlook configured account if not received then there must be a configuration error for the servers ,check it properly.
