Paste is not working

Hello,
i had a problem with my system's paste option. any file i'm selecting in any folder or drive can't be pasted in another location like desktop or another drive.the option paste is not responding.when i click paste short cut it'l paste the shortcut but normal paste option is not working.my system has no virus.please suggest me some solution.i tried a method that i went to run and again to services.msc. in that i enabled the clip-book option.i started the computer again but still the problem has not solved.
please suggest a solution.

Hi,

Try rebooting system your clipboard may be stuffed.

Poppie,

look at this microsoft article.

this suggests the problem is with internet explorer.
