Unable to download yahoo massenger

Hello,
hai i am unable to download yahoo massenger. when i start downloading an error out comes and it doesn't complete so how to download please assist me as soon as possible

hi,
it seems that it's your firewall not allowing you to download it.
switch off your firewall and then try again.

i don't know about firewall what is this?
