Boy,
it looks like a virus problem...what u can do is update ur anti-virus (try using Nod32 trial..it works) also use malwarebytes software from
http://ccm.net/telecharger/telecharger 105 malwarebytes anti malware
it do catch trojans etc....
hopefully they will help...if not then save ur data on d: and format c:\
