Monitor is still no signal

hello,
was not have a graphic card
do not know how to solve it!
i change a memory/a hard disk n a power cord also..but its still with no signal with monitor..n monitor doesn't on.. but when i'm join the monitor with another cpu.. is working properly..so,,,i'm confuse what the really problems is..
please help me..

Hello,

Is the CPU fan running?

Can you hear the Windows' jingle if Windows is your os

Have you tried connecting your cpu to another monitor instead of the monitor to another CPU?
