My toshiba satellite c660-14l wont start

Hello,
when I press the power button the small ed lids up and the screen stays blank and I can hear the fan and 20secs after it starts still nothing is shown on the screen (no toshiba logo) the fan speeds up a bit and then turns off again its frustrating I tried to remove the battery and power it only from ac cable, ddnt wonk too.
Any one can help please sujjest a sollution

Greetings,
Try this:
1. Take out the battery
2. Plug in the cable
3. Restart the laptop by pressing the start button while holding it for 60 seconds.
4. It should start, then you can put the battery back in.
