My explorer file got deleted

Hello,
my explorer file got deleted from my pc..... and now am not gettin task bar or anythin... had searched fa it... even tried typing explorer.exe in task manger... but it isnt working.... plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...... help me wid ths fussss...:(:(

Click on start then run, type chkdisk enter. The file should be recovered.

P.S. How did you manage to delete that file?
