Hello,

I'm working with a Logitech K200 keyboard. It's about a month or two old and it's served me very well. However, as of last night, whenever I use the Alt key extensively, it seems to get stuck. I can no longer type anything, and every letter instantly is used as a shortcut. The only way I can seem to solve it is by resetting the computer completely. This is starting to get extremely annoying, to say the least. Any ideas on what to do?

Thanks!

Hello Lisa,

No, please don't reset the machine.

You Chineese assembled keyboard you are using has a manufacturer's fault and is still under the one year warranty. I suggest you take it back to the store for an exchange.

If you have another keyboard available, please use it. Once you have done that, let me know and we will take care of those shortcuts if they are still present.

Regards

Thanks Ambucias!

Sadly I had no other keyboards avalible. I've managed to get a refund on the keyboard and now have another. Same model, but hopefully not the same problems in the future.

Again, thank you very much!
