Want to conncet laptop to internet

Hello,

We are trying to connect the laptop to the internet but there is a security key and we called the internet they said they don't know what we are talking about. the laptop has windows 7 and the home computer has windows xp

If you have a password set on the wireless router and don't remember it you can use the reset switch on the router to reset it to the default. Go to the router manufacturer's web site for more information.
