I Deleted eveything on my hard drive!2

Hello,

I wanted to reformat my laptop so i went to the start up and pressed F8, then i selected to delete everything on my hard drive C: . but now when i turn my computer on it shows me a black screen with a blinking white line(like cmd promp exept i cant type anything) i have the recover disks but it wont work or even open. plz help

Hi,

If you have the recovery discs; verify that your first boot priority in the BIOS is set to your CD/DVD drive. Refer to the following FAQ for doing that;
